Join the Board

The Digital Estate Planning Board is an independent professional standards organization for digital estate planning. It publishes the DEP™ Standards and confers the Digital Estate Planner (DEP™) designation on U.S. attorneys.

We are inviting a small number of experienced professionals to join the Board as advisors: estate planning attorneys, fiduciaries and trust professionals, and specialists in digital assets, cybersecurity, privacy and legal technology. Advisors lend their expertise to the Board’s work and are recognized on the Board’s website.
